Auditor Officer

Description:

An Auditor Officer is responsible for ensuring operational compliance with standards, policies and procedures that have been established by the company which aim to identify and assess risks, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness and compliance in various departments. As well as checking financial records, management policies and internal control systems.

Job description:

• Carry out routine and non-routine checks on financial reports, transaction records and operational procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Test and assess the effectiveness of internal controls to prevent and detect risks, deviations and non-compliance with company policies.

• Identify and analyze risks that may have an impact on company operations or objectives, and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.

• Responding that all company activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards and legal provisions.

• Compile and report audit findings, analysis and recommendations to management and related teams for corrective action.

• Conduct investigations if indications of fraud or violations are found, and provide comprehensive reports on the results of these investigations.

• Provide input to management regarding internal control improvements and participate in the dissemination of relevant policies or training.

• Make monthly reports on audit activities that have been carried out, follow up audit findings until close.

Job requirement:

• Have strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards and generally accepted audit procedures.

• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to interpret data.

• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey audit findings and recommendations to various parties.

Civil Supervisor

Description:

Ensure the implementation of duties and functions in the building construction sector, projects in the Company run well and supervise related parties in supporting the smooth running of work to achieve company targets.

Job description: 

• Make budget plans for civil works / construction / projects and direct and control work activities and activities according to targets.

• Create and calculate HPS

• Supervise and control materials used in carrying out work.

• Coordinating with the Purchasing Department in terms of conducting tenders to third parties.

• Create progress reports on work implementation and submit them to the Management.

• Analyze work problems and work progress and convey the results of the analysis to superiors for further problem solving.

• Carrying out administrative activities related to civil works.

• Create work plans in the civil sector.

• Lead and control the implementation of work in the field to comply with the specified cost, quality and time requirements.

• Carry out work according to the time schedule, methods, drawings and specifications that have been previously determined.

• Carry out duties and functions in accordance with the certification that has been obtained by the company.

• Run and maintain the implementation of the K3L system in the field, both for yourself and your colleagues. Job requirement:

• Education Min. D.3 Civil Engineering.

• Experience Min. 3 years in the Civil field.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCad 2D.

• Able to make analysis and planning of civil works/construction/projects.

• Mastering construction design and engineering. • Have loyalty, reliability, work enthusiasm and discipline.
